1) Put it into the microwave oven for use: When using a microwave oven
1. Please be sure to fill the hand warmer with cold water to prevent expansion due to heat.
2. The heating power of the microwave oven shall not exceed 1500W.
3. Heating time not more than 3 minutes
4. In case of abnormal conditions such as expansion during heating, please stop heating immediately.
a. The rubber washer at the lower end of the cover is an important part to prevent water leakage. Do not damage or lose it.
b. When injecting hot water for use, inject 3 / 4 of it, and the water temperature is 80 °C.

Notes
1. When using hot water, do not use boiling water, the water temperature is 80 Celsius, the capacity is 3/4.
2. When using the microwave oven for heating, please fill the water (100%). The power of the microwave oven should not exceed 1500W, and the heating time should not exceed 3 minutes to prevent the deformation of the product.
3. When not in use, make the product dry, inject a proper amount of air, avoid light, and store it in a cool place.
4. If there is abnormal expansion during heating, please stop heating immediately, do not open the microwave immediately. Wait for the cooling to turn on.
